IDS INHT001 description
This IDS power supply provides the 24V DC feed for 806 and X-Series alarm panels, replacing failed transformers and powering new PCB-only installations. It is the manufacturer-matched supply, sized for the panel plus its keypads, detectors and communicator load while float-charging the backup battery. Correct, stable supply voltage is the quiet foundation of alarm reliability, and using the specified IDS unit avoids the nuisance faults that generic transformers introduce. Fits the standard IDS enclosures.
