Digi DIG024B description
The Digidoor centre torsion bracket, supplied with its bearing, supports the torsion shaft at the centre of the door opening. On double doors especially, the centre bearing stops the shaft flexing under spring load, keeping the springs and cable drums turning True. The bracket bolts to the header wall above the door. Replacing a worn centre bearing removes shaft wobble and the noise and cable wear that come with it.
