Commax COM021 description
This kit pairs the Commax DP-2SD handset with the DR-2K gate station in the locally modified 12V DC version, the configuration South African installers specify where 220V at the intercom point is impractical or where battery backup must carry the intercom through load shedding. Operation matches the classic kit: two-wire non-polarity cabling, visitor talk from the handset and door lock release at the press of a button. Running from 12V, it shares a backup supply with the gate motor or alarm.
