Generic RES5.6 description
The CFR25J-5K6 is a 5.6k ohm carbon film resistor rated at a quarter watt with 5% tolerance, the end-of-line value used on DSC alarm panel zones. With the correct EOL resistor fitted, the panel distinguishes a genuine detector trigger from tampered or damaged wiring, which is the difference between a supervised zone and a blind one. Stocked for DSC installations and service calls.
