An RJ45 8P8C connector supplied with a black strain-relief boot. The boot protects the locking clip from snapping off and relieves strain on the cable at the plug, which matters on patch leads that get handled often. Suits Cat5e UTP cable on network and IP CCTV installations. Black also works for simple colour coding of cable runs.
