Generic MAG006 description
This brown surface-mount magnetic reed switch is the door and window contact for alarm zones, wired normally closed. The contact fits the frame, its magnet fits the door, and opening breaks the circuit to trigger the zone. Brown housings disappear against timber doors and dark frames where a white contact would stand out. Installs with screws or adhesive pads like the rest of the family.
